Franklin Flower House never disappoints! Katie and her team always create the most beautiful arrangements, and this latest bouquet for a very special 80th celebration was absolutely stunning. The flowers were fresh, thoughtfully arranged, and truly made the occasion extra meaningful. What meant the most was my mom’s reaction — she said the flowers are always beautiful from Franklin Flower House and that their work is “spectacular.” It’s so special when a gift not only looks gorgeous but also makes someone feel loved and celebrated. I’m so grateful for the care and detail Katie and her team put into every order. I can’t recommend Franklin Flower House enough for any occasion worth celebrating! 🌸💐 ~N

Ordered an arrangement to be delivered for my wife’s 50th birthday since I was out of town and wasn’t able to celebrate with her in person. I asked for an elegant and fragrant bouquet and they delivered on both points. Wife was overjoyed with the elegance and beauty of the arrangement. Great job! Highly recommend!

The flowers were so beautiful and the note was handwritten for my friend instead of typed, which was a lovely touch. I called before to see if they could do a bouquet without lilies since my friend has cats and they were so accommodating and sweet! A wonderful experience start to finish with gorgeous flowers. Highly recommend!!

10/10 would absolutely recommend! I ordered flowers for my boyfriend’s grandmother, who has asthma, and Katie was incredibly helpful in selecting flowers that wouldn’t trigger it. I live in a different state, so I really appreciated the extra care and communication. The arrangement was beautiful, and the whole process was seamless. Hands down the best flower shop experience I’ve ever had!

Received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers and have to share how stunning they are. The photos do not do the bouquet justice, but Franklin Flower House knocked this bouquet out of the park. I would definitely recommend ordering from them. You will not be disappointed!

Place an online order for our anniversary and had it delivered to the Marriott. The flowers were there when we arrived and my wife was so surprised. The bouquet was beautiful. They did a wonderful job. The website was easy to use.

Katie is amazing. Her arrangements are second to none and her passion for perfection and artistry is never lost. We have had the pleasure of working with her for a few years and would never use anyone else. I often see other florists work and I think to myself, that’s is nice…. But not great, because it wasn't Katie’s. She saved me on this Saturday morning as I had placed an order for an arrangement for my wife’s birthday. It was to arrive yesterday, or so I thought… when it hadn’t come, I called Katie and she said she didn’t see the order, but checked carefully only to find that I had placed the order, but accidentally requested next Friday, a week late. So there she was this morning at our door with an absolutely stunning arrangement for Carole. That is how Katie runs her business and gives love to your customers.

I've wanted to order from here for a while and so it was built up in my head already - follow them on social media and was always super impressed. So I decided to order the designer's choice for my mother's birthday as my first experience with them and was as blown away as I had hoped I would be. I will absolutely order from them again!!!!
